... heading out for a drive through the rockies tommorrow,
to go pay my little bro a visit... we sure are lucky ducks to call these vistas home.

Abby - are you going to be at St. Hermans on Sunday? How come? Are you back for good?

lucky ducks indeed! you must be quacking up a storm:)

btw, moose, fish, etc., currently have no change in English between their singular and plural designations. you have to infer the 'number' from the context.

Hey, thanks guys!

Abby----!, I'm going to come spend some days, end of next week with you and the Choi s.

Jos, we saw all kinds of wildlife on the drive... (some mountain goats, lots of cute baby lambs and goats, a good variety of deer), and then in Canmore, right on the Main Street: An Elk, minding his own business. I'd like to spot a moose on the return trip, just to round it out.

Stayed the night with some friends of the family in Calgary; Jeff carried on to do some hiking in Waterton. Met up this afternoon with Matt and Krista who happened to be down in Calgary for a work reception. We had lunch in a beautiful heritage site that Matthew and his workmates are protecting. It's called the
"Reader Rock Garden" named for the fellow who designed the parks in Calgary back in the turn of the century. Krista read one of Fr. Lawrence's articles outloud to us, as we drove up to Edmonton this afternoon, and then we had a good supper together from their garden.

Looking forward to some nice relaxing days, and getting to meet up with some more old friends tomorrow.

Yeah, life is pretty sweet.

Hey, isn't it your sisters anniversary soon? I can't find her blog anywhere. Do you know the direct links? I want to wish them a happy anniversary.
